Moving Forward:
The first two years

In our recent poll of people who are moving forward from breast cancer, 85% said that breast cancer had had ‘a lot’ or ‘a great deal’ of impact on their life.

The first two years after treatment can be a mixture of emotions as people reflect on what’s happened, look to the future and adjust to life without the routine of hospital visits.

How did you feel at the end of your treatment? Did you get a sense of relief and achievement, or did the day of your last session or appointment not have the celebratory feeling you thought it would?
