Anastrozole Best time of day?

Hello there! I've had a mastectomy with reconstruction in December. Now in the treatment stage,(revcovery period!) and on Anastrozole. Just wondered what time of day should I take the tablet? With water? With my evening meal or breakfast? Don't suppos...

I always take my Anastrozole at 9pm. I have an alarm on the phone and it won't let me forget!! That way you sleep through a lot of the symptoms. I go for a swim every morning, which helps with the aches and pains.

This is absolutely ridiculous, dancer! So doctors are SERIOUSLY saying people have to stuff themselves with all sorts of other drugs to counteract the effects of a drug, which are preventable by simply changing the prescribed brand of the drug?
